For nearly three decades, my life’s work has been anchored by a deep personal and professional dedication to the welfare, education, and development of children, young adults, and families. Throughout my six years in the classroom as an Associate and Head Teacher at Northbridge Academy and The Winston Preparatory School, I designed curriculum, led discussion-based classes, and used scaffolding and targeted support to strengthen students’ reading comprehension and analytical skills and writing. Additionally, I created specific strategies focusing on executive function skills including, time management, problem solving, organization, and emotional regulation. From my years of leading classrooms, advocating for youth in the foster care system, and developing an executive function coaching practice, I have dedicated myself to supporting diverse cognitive profiles.

But my deepest understanding of this work doesn't just come from my professional experiences. Having personal familial experience with neurodiversity, I know firsthand the late-night worries, the school frustrations, and the overwhelming desire to be supported for who we truly are.
